Today was a “sleep in, make a huge pot of coffee and a big breakfast” kind of Sunday. We certainly took advantage!
Scrambled eggs, Italian turkey sausage, and French toast made with cinnamon swirl bread 😍 (topped with walden farms pancake syrup and some fat free Reddi whip!). It was DELICIOUS. Also, it wasn’t devastating to the macro or calorie count.

The best part of this is that you can change this to cater to your needs. If you are on a low carb day, don’t have three pieces of French toast. Maybe just have one. If you don’t need all that fat, go for more egg whites. Mix it up and have fun with it 😃.
