-Let your body rest and heal from the hard work you’ve been putting in at the gym.
-Let your mind rest. Dieting and working out can be just as much a psychological struggle as it is physical. Sit back, relax and enjoy the day. This isn’t to say let all your goals go out the window (we still track our food and macros on our rest days). Just turn your “go-getter” switch off and take in the idea of resting.
