Sunday mornings are for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. Also, experimenting! Decided to whip up a homemade Starbucks-ish, protein packed, coffee concoction. In it we have:
-One scoop MTS Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream Protein Ppwder
-2 ice cubes
-4 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-8 oz hot coffee
Macros: 5g fat/6g carbs/26g protein
Threw it all in our blender and let a rip!
It did NOT disappoint. We love when something can be protein packed and still delicious!!
